EXCLUDED : Heat exchanger, baseboard casings, propane, fuel or oil storage tanks, solar heating systems, fireplaces, key valves, flues, vents, chimneys and chimney liners, grills, leak tests, evaporator coil pan, free-standing or portable heating units, zone controls, dampers, pellet, coal, or wood stoves and improperly sized/installed/repaired units or systems. Air ducts, registers, air filters, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, communicating or smart thermostats, thermostat wiring, air balancing, heating jacket, asbestos or other insulation, leaking boilers, boiler distribution piping, radiators, Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit.
