COVERED : The following components and parts of a ducted electric central air conditioning system: capacitors, circuit boards, internal fuses, breakers, condensate pumps, condenser motor, condenser fan, contactor switches, delay timer, fan controls, fan relays, filter dryer, high and low pressure switches, limit controls; up to 1 pound of refrigerant, relays, transformers, and valves.
 
EXCLUDED : Leak tests, clearing of stoppages to condensate drain lines, filters, evaporator coil pan, evaporator/indoor condenser cleaning (including acid cleaning, cleaning, and unclogging services required to correct problems related to the lack of manufacturer's recommended maintenance), gas-fueled systems, mini splits, non ducted systems, condenser casings, registers and grills, window units, free-standing or portable cooling units, dampers, zone controls, handheld remotes, and improperly sized/installed/repaired units or systems. Air ducts, a/c coils, asbestos coverings, balancing of system, wiring and parts external to the unit, compressors or chillers, condenser coils, evaporator coils, metering systems/TXV valves, refrigerant for maintenance recharges, communicating or smart thermostats, thermostat wiring, disconnect boxes and all wiring, breakers and switches contained within them, refrigerant conversions, and damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, wildlife, others or unusual circumstances. Costs on covered repairs may exceed the benefit limit, in which case you pay the difference between the cost and the benefit limit..
 
ANNUAL LIMITATIONS: $1750 
*These limitations include costs related to the use of cranes to complete an A/C repair or replacement.
